Description: On April 11th 2022 the former SUPERSTAR LIBRA 天秤星号 by STAR CRUISES 丽星邮轮 was towed away from Wismar (Germany) under the new name LIBRA. In 2018 the SUPERSTAR LIBRA arrived at MV WERFTEN WISMAR shipyard in Wismar to serve as a residential ship for shipyard employees. In autumn 2021 it became clear that the ship was no longer used at the Wismar shipyard and that it was to be taken to Turkey for scrapping. There were delays in towing the ship away due to a lack of official permits. On April 11th 2022 the time had come for the ship to be towed away from Wismar and the former SUPERSTAR LIBRA began its very last voyage with the help of five tugboats.
